The People Behind Casa YUVI
Founded in 1989 by Thomas Wulf, Casa YUVI has always been a family project rooted in a deep respect for the land. Today, Konstantyn continues this legacy, blending his background in hospitality and cocktails with the farm's agricultural heritage. Different generations contribute to the project, creating a unique intersection of farming, craftsmanship, and guest experiences.

Canino Olive Trees
Our resilient Canino olive trees, native to northern Lazio, are perfectly suited to the volcanic soils of Tuscia. Harvested each October, their small, dark olives produce an oil with a pronounced character, combining herbaceous aromas with the bitterness and spiciness typical of central Italian oils.
Aronia Berries
Cultivated at Casa YUVI since 2016, the Aronia shrub produces dark purple berries with a distinctive flavour that combines acidity, dark fruit notes, and a marked tannic structure. This intensity makes them ideal for juices, fermentation, and distillation.
