Grape Brandy

A Spirit of Time and Patience

The Story

I’ve always wanted to make a brandy. There’s something about it — maybe it’s the fact that it’s born from grapes, or the slow aging that transforms it into that pure amber gold. No caramel, no charcoal — just time, wood, and patience. It’s honest. It’s timeless. It’s a little bit irresistible.

This brandy is made from Italian Cabernet Franc grapes and has aged for two years in small 200L oak barrels — small enough to leave subtle woody notes, large enough to pour a few hundred drinks.

Take it seriously. Because once it gets a hold of you, it won’t let go.

The Process

Harvest

The finest Italian Cabernet Franc grapes are hand-picked at peak ripeness.

2

3

Distillation

The wine is carefully distilled to concentrate its flavors and aromas.

4

Aging

The spirit rests for two years in 200L oak barrels, developing its signature character.
