hi it's konstantyn, i'll be your host on the farm

For over a decade, I worked as a bartender in the buzzing cocktail scenes of Southeast Asia, exploring the art of balance, flavor, and creativity. My journey in cities like Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh taught me the importance of crafting memorable experiences—whether through a perfectly mixed drink or the stories we share.

Now back at Casa YUVI, I’ve brought this philosophy to the farm, blending my bartending expertise with a love for the land. From crafting YUVI Aronia Acquavite to hosting gatherings that bring people together over food and drink, I’m building a space where nature, craftsmanship, and community intersect. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and celebrate the simple joys of life.

We are in the middle of Latium. An hour and a half North of Rome. 45 Minutes to the sea. 25 minutes to the medieval old town of Viterbo, just a few to the small town feeling of Vetralla. A region that is still quite undiscovered by tourism – with the exception of the volcanic lake Lago di Bolsena. When you have been here, you might wish that it will stay that way. That those cities will keep their friendly and communal charm instead of getting flooded by tourists, that you might always find a quiet spot in the hot springs. 

When you arrive at Casa Yuvi, Cannella our newest addition to the family  might be the first thing you see. It’s possible that she’ll bark at you shortly, but probably she’ll just make a happy face, say hello and be your friend immediately. If you share the opinion that one can never have enough friends, you’re at the right place.
